Our aim is to achieve best practice outcomes across the Kelton Group, as well as ensure an ongoing process of continuous improvement.
We are inspired by the requirements of AS/NZS ISO9001;2000, and base our thinking and methodology on this system, with the aim of delivering only the highest of quality product to our Customers.
This involves processes such as Internal Quality Audits conducted by inhouse Teams, who dissect the manufacturing processes continually, in order to ensure that the individual projects in all of our Factories are adhering to quality assurance plans and procedures.
All processes are quality audited with a management system that provides all opportunities for the detection of system shortfalls as well as enhancing options for process improvement.
